Keep in mind that you are assessing them as a new potential worker, not as a seasoned veteran. Student is ready now to do this kind of work on a vocational (or high volunteer) level Student demonstrates high potential but may need to to work on a few things. They could possibly step into the work right away but may find it challenging. Student possess the raw abilities and potential, but needs to work on some areas before being ready to engage the work fully. I would not hire them today, but with further training and/or maturing they may achieve readiness. Student has significant areas that require improvement. I would be hesitant to recommend them for this line of work. I am not convinced this is a good fit for them. Student does not have the competencies necessary for this type of work. This does not seem like a good fit. * Aside from the above, are there other areas you would wish to comment on that can be used to help the intern grow and develop as they prepare for ministry in the future?
