We are pleased to provide complimentary childcare at the PRBI gymnasium for children aged 2 and up from 6:50 to 8:40 pm. Are you interested in registering your child(ren)?

I (we) acknowledge that Peace River Bible Institute (PRBI), its staff members and students shall not be held responsible for any personal injury or adverse circumstances suffered by the participant in connection with childcare activities. I understand that my child(ren)�s (listed below) participation in PRBI childcare, for which I have given consent by accepting this waiver, may entail undesired and unanticipated consequences. Nevertheless, I hereby release and forever discharge Peace River Bible Institute, along with all affiliates, members, directors, officers, leaders, agents, volunteers, and employees, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, including negligence, and expenses, both current and future, arising from or related to the minor�s involvement with or participation in this activity.
