Contemporary Issues in Missions AS422
This course addresses the unique challenges and opportunities facing the Christian missionary of the twenty-first century. Biblical and current missiological thinking is applied to understand such issues as the cultural shift from modernism to postmodernism, the rise of missions centers in the majority world, the discipleship mandate in a church that has only been trained to evangelize, ministry in creative access countries, and the development of partnerships for the work of the harvest.
